About the Role

Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client goals and provide strategic guidance to maximize their use of ProCloud Labs' solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and services.
Monitor client account health, identifying risks and opportunities for expansion.
Provide regular reports and updates to clients on project progress and performance metrics.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services within marketing technology, SaaS, or consulting.
Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and digital transformation concepts.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Experience working with remote teams and digital collaboration tools.
