How do you price?
First engagements are fixed fee and quoted before you commit. The Consent Drift Scan is free. Larger work is scoped in phases against a statement of work, so you approve each phase before it starts.
How long does a first engagement take?
Between two and six weeks. The SFMC Audit takes 10 business days, and the readiness assessments five to six weeks. Each ends in a readout with scoped next steps.
Are your recommendations tied to a vendor?
No. We partner with Salesforce, Braze, and HubSpot, and we work across 15+ platforms. We recommend what fits, not what we're certified in. If we have a commercial relationship with a vendor we recommend, we tell you up front.
Do you build software too?
Yes. Etch is our campaign governance platform, and Etch.Consent for Salesforce and Etch.Taxonomy for Salesforce run natively in Salesforce. Our consulting advice stays vendor-neutral: if Etch fits, we say so and tell you we built it.
Who actually does the work?
The person you meet in the first call. We're a small senior team by design, and we don't hand you off to juniors.
Do you work with in-house teams or replace them?
We work alongside your existing team. Our role is to support, guide, and unblock, not replace. We bring senior experience where it's needed most and help teams move faster with more confidence.
How do you stay scope-controlled when Martech projects always sprawl?
We define a clear architecture and ownership model up front, then execute in tightly scoped phases against it. Every change ties back to the structure, which is how scope stays disciplined and reporting stays trustworthy as the work expands.
What do you leave behind?
Standards, documentation, and a record your team can run on without us. Every engagement ends in a handoff, not a dependency.
