QA Lead
Make sure everything we ship, software and campaigns, goes out flawless.
The role
We promise clients work that holds up after launch. You'd make sure it does, across everything we ship: the Etch platform, our native Salesforce apps, and the campaigns and journeys we build for clients.
What you'll do
- Own quality for every release and every client delivery, from test plan to sign-off
- Build regression suites and release checklists, and automate what can be automated
- QA campaigns before they send: rendering, links, personalization, data, tracking and consent
- Run the quality gates in our delivery workflow, so an issue found once doesn't come back
You'll probably fit if you
- Have led QA for a SaaS product, marketing campaigns, or both
- Know Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or a similar platform well enough to test it
- Are comfortable with test automation and CI, such as Playwright
- Catch the detail everyone else missed, and write it up so it gets fixed
